Windows Media Edition
Geek Alert: Has anyone seen one? I was reading the Microsoft Monitor blog a little earlier and it got me thinking. I don't know anyone who has one or has seen a Windows Media Edition PC. And few know what it is. So in my quest, I went to Microsoft and watched their Demo of the Media Center PC. the page says you need IE to watch the demo, but it worked fine on FireFox. The intriguing thing is that you can pause record live video a la TiVo. I wonder it would work with Rogers Cable.

I emailed Jo to see if they have any at Best Buy, and I played around with the Dell Windows Media edition PC configuration tool. I could get a computer with an 800GB HD at 7200rpm, with up to 4GB of ram. Tres drool.

I need to see one in action somewhere.
