Biking Trivia cycling: I rode a bit in the wind over the last week. One of the interesting things that can happen is that you can get wind burn. Sure on the face mainly, but with my jersey flapping and shifting, it seems that those two extra (appendages?) bits that guys have that serve no real purpose can get scratched up. yep. Think carpet burn but on nipples. no harm really, but discomfort when wearing a jersey for sure. Callouses. Never seem em there. :)
Yesterday before work, I bought a new Bontrager seat from Reynolds. The original one - yes one that is more than a decade old, was not adjustable and was causing some discomfort being angled way too nose down. Causing me to tip too far forward and put more weight on my arms tiring my arms and grip out much earlier than in the past. I am going to give it a short test drive and bring my parktool to tweak it if need be.
Lance is in Yellow still after stage six. Nice.
